Content ID Help
Every DIMANDEM track is registered with YouTube's Content ID system. Your Whop receipt or order number is the proof of license. Whop does not talk to YouTube. If you've licensed a track and received a claim, send us the details and we can release it — here's how.
1. Find your order number
Check your Whop order confirmation email for your order number — you'll need it to verify your license.
2. Copy your YouTube video URL
Grab the link to the specific video that received the Content ID claim.
3. Email us both
Send your order number, the track name, and the YouTube URL to our support email below — most claims are released within 24–48 hours.
